Delete your MapForEvr account
You can permanently delete your MapForEvr account and associated game data.
Delete your account in the game
Profile → Delete account
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Account deletion removes active account-linked information including:
- your MapForEvr account;
- Player ID and display name;
- authentication identities;
- player profile and progression;
- heroes and inventory;
- quests and rewards;
- friend relationships and pending requests;
- other account-linked gameplay records.
Where applicable, MapForEvr will also attempt to revoke the associated Sign in with Apple authorization.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to MapForEvr, you can request deletion by emailing:
Subject: MapForEvr Account Deletion Request
We may need to ask you to verify control of the relevant MapForEvr account before deleting it in order to prevent unauthorized deletion.
You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a deletion request.
What happens after deletion?
Your active MapForEvr account and account-linked game progress are permanently deleted.
Technical logs and backups may retain historical information for up to approximately 30 days before expiration through normal retention procedures.
Locally stored maps, saved games, scenarios and other offline files on your device are not automatically deleted. You can remove those files by deleting the application or its local data from your device.
